● 钣金零件建模
利用基体法兰来创建钣金零件;
在钣金零件中加入专用的法兰特征,如边线法兰和斜接法兰;
通过延伸面来封闭边角;
成型工具的使用和创建;
在钣金展开状态设计钣金零件和使用绘制的折弯工具加入折弯特征。
● 转换成钣金零件
把IGES文件导入SolidWorks;
在非钣金零件中识别折弯;
对薄壁零件的边角切口,这样才能够被识别为钣金零件;
● 钣金零件的关联设计
在装配体关联设计中建立新的钣金零件;
使用关联参考建立边线法兰;
给钣金零件的边线添加褶边;
编辑斜接法兰并修改启始/结束处等距。
